Just needed for the wedding day. Wedding date set for either October or December , TBC.
Looking for the house to be cleaned once a week, maybe a little ironing at times. We would also prefer to have the same lady each week and once a month would require 2 ladies to do the shutters, windows, fans etc.
Cleaning instructions. This house is empty. Please give me a quote for a small (sq.m) 3 bedroom house comprised of: Living area, study, kitchen, laundry, one family bathroom with shower, en- suite shower, 1 outside toilet. 2 tiled patios (40sq.m.) Garage 30sq.m. To be cleaned: Garage Floor (cement) scrubbed (oil stains), garage doors cleaned inside and outside, walls and windows. Things that require the most attention: White farm style Kitchen cupboards (painted) - particularly exterior of cupboard doors (photo attached ) and drawers, eye level oven (dirty) and glass top stove only slightly dirty. A mouldy section too (photo) Bathroom: bath, basin and shower using bleach on mould. Interior doors and handles and all built in cupboards. All exterior doors and security gates. Tiled floors washed paying attention to corners. All windows and burglar guards. If you do deep clean carpets please quote separately Thank you.
