My sister has purchased a house in Merrivale, Howick that has been empty for a while and needs a clean from the ceilings to the floors including walls etc. All I know is that it is a 3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. From picture seen it has a maids quarters and single garage which would need to be given a good clean as well no doubt. I do not know the exact address. I would like to get a quote as I would like to give this as a gift. I am not sure of sqm for all areas.

We recently moved into a flat in Port St Francis and we have an extreme cockroach infestation. I see at least 4-5 every day. If we go out at night and come back we’ve counted 9-11 on the kitchen counters. They are mostly in the kitchen but I’ve also seen some in the bedrooms. They look like American cockroaches and range from extremely large to very small. I have also seen fish moth looking pests. I see at least one a day. The flat is 74 square metres. Thanks so much.

House is sparsely furnished. Six bedrooms, kitchen, living space. Proper clean of floors, walls, windows, blacony, outside braai area. Steam clean/deep clean of two mattresses and a couch. Arrangements will be made to have the house opened as the owners are currently in CPT. Please confirm if an inspection is done by management before the cleaning team leaves. Cleaning to be done on 11, 12 or 13 December if possible please.
I am looking for someone or company to assist with cleaning 3 bed 2 bathrm townhouse in LHP. I have a medium size dog that is inside and out ( loses hair often). I am a teacher that needs to be at work from 06:50 till 15:30, some days 16:00 and off during some holidays. Husband leaves for work at 6:15 till 18:00 mon - sat. Arrangement can be made for cleaning times. I would like a deep clean first round there after standard cleaning if affordable weekly on Mondays. I just want the house to be cleaned ( floors, walls, windows, oven, shower, mirrors etc) We moved in recently and I had knee ligament reconstructive surgery, so difficult to clean properly without feeling pain, exhaustion. Husband works majority of week. He helps with laundry, cooking and here and there. If session done once then will be easier to maintain, then needed on a weekly base if possible. Budget a bit limited but not sure what is going rate. Please help.
I usually have fumigation done every 3 months. My usual company is not able to do it this time round. They use stuff that's safe for pets. I have a cat. They usually do extermination/fumigation for rats and cockroaches. I've seen a few dead and live cockroaches.
