Please I would like to have a quotation of a building that has a floor and ceiling that is damaged because of an air handling unit that is placed on top of timber floor. The ceiling below that floor is also affected. Please I would like to have the following in the quotation: 1. An investigation on the cause and extend of the water damage on the floor/ceiling. 2. New garden on gentle slope with existing retaining walls but might need more. We have 3 Milkwoods entangled in coastal shrubs that must be handled to Forestry rules. I have a private garden that needs maintenance at least once or twice a month, the main issues are the neighbour's tree branches and cactus that touch my electric fence sending off the alarm, then I also have a lot of weeds growing everywhere, the lawn needs to be cut and finally some sweeping and cleaning needs to be done.
We are putting in a pool and need some work done afterwards. Our yard is looking alright and originally had a landscapers hand on it, but now we’ll need an update with the inclusion of a pool. Further more the lawn is where the old pool was. It has been filled in with rubble and lots of the original structure still remain. It now needs to be removed and a new lawn installed.

I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.
I have a flat concrete slab roof. I need to replace the current torch on as it is leaking when it rains heavily and causing damp through out the building. The roof portion that needs sealing is over sqm, but I don't know the exact number off hand. I will need to go there later or tomorrow and walk off the measurement. I would like this sooner rather than later, but am a little flexible. I attempted a short term fix as I wanted to build on the roof, but it looks like I will have to wait on that now and just repair the roof. See attached pictures.
Repairs of aged/damaged water proofing on small sections of the roof showing signs of water damage and cracks. Cleaning of existing waterproofing membranes on the rest of the roof and replacing damaged pieces with overcoat and torching. Application of 2x overcoat matching the existing colour of the house.
