I am wanting to turn a 3 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom home to a 5 bedroom with 3 Bathrooms (2 En-Suite) and also add a 2 car garage in the premises, I want to open up the kitchen by removing the wall diving the lounge & creating an open plan furthermore extend the lounge/kitchen side and extend all 3 existing bedrooms

Renovation: Plumbing Electrical Maintenance
Indeed firstly a wall around my house and to take out the old fence. Then , secondly I need a small rondaval house with thatch roofing and a newly developed house for the finish off just next to the kids small RDP. My yard is quite huge and would need measurements and plans for the outcome of my idea. We also need a garage to build and it needs to be part of the main house and we need to be able to access it on a rainy day through the main house easily. A pool would be a bonus as it's really hot here in Hammanskraal, DanHouse.
