Custom website vs website templates: Which should I pick?
The pros and cons of using custom and pre-made website designs.
I am unable to take calls but I am reachable on email and Whatsapp. I have rooms in my area which need to be reconstructed. They are in poor condition now but I want to improve them by increasing their size, including a bathroom, sink, giza, good ceiling and tiles. I want to know the possible cost and then gather the amount. The only limit might be sizing, the size of the yard might not allow increasing of the size.
I have an old house that needs a face lift. It’s a 3 bedroom house. I need a quote on removing a wall between the kitchen and lounge to create an open plan space. I also need a quote on removing a wall between the toilet room and bathroom to create a one bathroom. We’d like to change the floors from carpet to vinyl throughout the house and update the popcorn walls to flat walls. Some of the walls have cracks in them and I’m not sure if they can just be plastered. We’d also like to update the bathroom and kitchen by adding new cabinets, basins, etc. Basically a full renovation. We are simply looking for quotes at this stage as we’d like to know how much we need before we can begin with the renovations
New company, startup. I need social media marketing for Facebook/Instagram. The content will be directed strictly to grade 11 and Matric students only. Extention of property & remodel interior to open plan. Scope includes foundation, walls, roof and swimming pool. Roof shape and pitch has changed and so roof trusses need to be redone but re-using existing tiles. There may be a need to top-up the quantity of roof tiles. The approved plan is attached.
