1) I am the sole owner and director of the company. 2) The company has shareholding in two companies which pay out dividends once a year. 3) The company is not selling any services/goods and as such not registered for VAT... or required to register for VAT at this stage. 4) My share certificate has been endorsed as non resident as i am a non resident in terms of DTA. 5) To date since the company is new I have not received any dividends as yet. My standing with SARS is currently lot good at all and need someone to help. I have a business that is not operating, however, I did not know that even when a business is not operating that I need to still submit the tax returns. SARS has now issued a penalty and I need someone who can help me sort this out asap.
Good afternoon My friend and I do carpet and upholstery cleaning it's just the two of us , I have inherited money from my mom that passed away and I would like to get a bond and pay a 30% deposit for the apartment that I am renting at the moment but i need proof of income and a tax compliance letter . I have not been paying tax and don't have a steady income as it fluctuates and is seasonal but if I spread it out over 12 months it comes to more or less 25k per month. We have two businesses: Company A has revenue just under R2million and 8 staff Company B has revenue below R and 2 staff.
