Good morning, My name is I'm reaching out on behalf of the owners for a remodel of their house to convert it into an Airbnb. We need 3 doors installed to create private entrances to certain rooms, existing interior doors boarded over and sound proofed. We need 4 kitchenettes installed and then one 2 bedroom unit divided into 2 separate units and a bathroom installed for the new unit. We also have a pool that needs to be assessed and fixed as there is a leak (not sure if you guys specifically offer this). And finally we need a water point in the garage for the laundry set up. I want to renovate my bathrooms and kitchen. The one bathroom is currently what used to be a linen closet which I want to extend into the second bathroom to make it slightly bigger. I want to also combine the second bathroom with the seperate toilet to make up for the space which will be lost to the first bathroom extension. I want to redo the kitchen completely by breaking one wall which seperates the entrance hall and make it more open plan.
We currently have a rondavel there that is inhabitable. It would need to be demolished and rebuilt. According to our shares we are allowed to build a m2 unit + 55m2 patio. Since this is exploratory I am trying to get an estimate of what it would cost to build and see if other shareholders will be willing to contribute. Could you provide me with a rough estimate of the price per m2?
Redo pool lining. Currently marbalite is chipping off badly, looking to reline in fiber glass. 44sqm pool based on another quote. An additional step need to be added between top step and paving. Also has mosaics that need replacing. And ball valve need replacing that switches to the fountain feature
Hi daar. Ons het huidiglik 'n koi pond wat ons wil convert na 'n swembad. Die bouers sal die ekstra trappies uithaal en al die voorbereiding doen sodat die gat in die grond daar is. Die grootte van die swembad sal omtrent 4.5 m (L) x 3m (B) wees en diepte kan ek nog nie sê maar ek skat omtrent 1.6m diep. Ons het 'n bestaande pomp stelsel vir d koi pond maar ek vermoed ons sal die filter moet verander. Kan ek asb kwotasies kry met die volgende in gedagte: 1. Either 'n pre-fabricated swembad wat ons net in d gat kan sit of anders die sement / fiberclass swembad. Wat werk die beste stel julle voor? Eks bang vir lekkasies en krake omdat die swembad teen die huis is. 2. Ek het 4 spuite nodig wat bo oor mekaar spuit en in d swembad val 3. Ek wil graag 'n verwarmde swembad hê. 4. Dit Sal nie 'n sout swembad wees nie - slegs 'n normale kloor ene. 5. Wat moet op die bestaande pompstelsel aangepas word? ie - die drom filter byvoorbeeld. 6. Ek soek 'n aand lig - die mooi blou lig in hom. 7. Is dit moontlik om 'n glas rim om die swembad te sit v omtrent 50 cm hoog? 8. Looking to renovate my 55 sqm cottage home: Demolition & Masonry • Remove one (1) × 3 m brick wall and reuse bricks to build a new 3 m wall. • Remove two (2) × 3 m brick walls. • Close up two (2) small windows. • Install two (2) new larger aluminium windows. • All removed bricks to be reused where possible. Doors & Openings • Supply and install one (1) new front door (standard size). • Remove existing window + single door at back and install one (1) new 4 m aluminium sliding door. • In bathroom: install one (1) new aluminium door and window, and close old door opening. Floors & Walls • Supply and install polished/sealed concrete flooring – approx. 55 m². • Prepare and paint interior walls (standard finish). • Construct one (1) × 2 m drywall partition. • Construct one (1) × 2 m drywall with standard door and window to close off a room. Carpentry / Joinery • Carefully move and reinstall existing 3 m floor-to-ceiling wardrobe. • Extend kitchen cabinets by 1 m and replace all kitchen cabinet doors (kitchen size approx. 2 m × 2 m). • Relocate existing kitchen island to a different side (reuse same unit).
