Face brick pillars 3 brick base between.. and iron pref not palasade ie wraugh iron between pillars. 2 marching gates which we will automate ourselves. I'm looking to add a roof and a slight wall extension going upward as the surrounding structure is already in place. Then I need to add doors, new windows and require plumbing services to connect pipes from the main house to the backhouse as there is only cold water running and no hot water and a new basin needs to be installed.

I have the plans but they are outdated and require revision. This is a new home we are buying and I want to do the renovation in phases. 1st will be to repaint and fix all cracks and damp, repair ceiling, replace cornices and skirting of entire house, possible removal of pillars and resculpting of walls. Next phase will be the kitchen - total remodel. Next will be a walk in closet in the main bedroom. After that the remodel of main bathroom etc.
