Custom website vs website templates: Which should I pick?
The pros and cons of using custom and pre-made website designs.
We are a non-Profit Charity organisation tor children that are being bullied. We need a simple 3 page website about who we are what we do and possibly a page where people can donate to our foundation and we are linked to another website called donerbox that can help us raise funds for the foundation.

The building has already been done but our architect disappeared on us (we have reported him to the Architect's Council and the police as we had paid him for the work) and we now need a new architect to draw the plans and submit for approval. We can provide the drafts that the previous Architect had e-mailed us.
I have existing house plans and council drawings. This townhouse is part of a sectional title and they would like to see what it will look like before giving approval. I would like to change a carport into a garage that has to follow a specific brick design, move a gate about 1m, build a new carport, and build a bathroom attached to the house. I would also like a 3D design that includes solar panels on the roof.
I need extra garage space on the property. There is a single garage at this moment, and I wish to extend the front and the back. The Front will be more or less 2m, and the space will be extended in an L shape with folding stacking doors at the end to facilitate a boat to move through the doors. The base of the "L" will be used as a workshop. Furthermore, I wish to add a braai space with a pizza oven in the opposite corner of the property.
I would like to move my existing boundary wall approximately 4.5m closer to the street (to the boundary of my erf) to enlarge the inside yard space. I have existing building plans (hard copy and scanned version - attached), but the quality is not great and the drawings are quite old. I would like to apply at the municipality to move my existing wall to the proposed position, but not sure if this can be done by indicating it on the old building plans, or if new plans need to be drawn up. I would like to request a quote, either way. My erf is approximately m2. The main building, a 3 bedroom townhouse is approximately 85m2. The second building is approximately 60m2, a double garage and small living quarters.

Hello, Can I get a quote please? I want a website called AutoVisio.co.za or AutoVisio.com that I want to use for the marketing of used or new vehicles. I want to go see all the dealers and make videos of the vehicles, after which I want to upload the videos on Youtube. The prospective buyer must then go to the website and select a list of all the provinces, with the towns in it, and then the price range. When he then clicks on a certain vehicle, a few photos should appear (which I will provide) as well as the link to the video on Youtube. I must therefore also have access to update the website, and I must also be able to approve other people in the different provinces and municipalities for editing. The prospective buyer should then fill in their contact details on the page, and the information should be sent to me and other branch managers. I (or the other managers) will then pass the information on to the dealer so that he can contact the buyer. I therefore need to have a database of the buyers so that I can make follow-up inquiries. It should be something like WeBuyCars with the difference that my business can market all the other dealers' vehicles. Please let me know if I can explain anything else. Thank you,
I was recently made aware that the carport which was built next to my house by the previous owner was not updated on the building plan, nor did they get approval for it. The building inspector informed me that they consider it to be a garage, not a carport, because it is attached to the boundary wall and my original garage and has a door in front, effectively enclosing it on 3 sides. I therefore have to have the drawing updated. I have indicated it on the original building plans for your information. The house is in a complex, and is zoned as Res 2. The carport in question is approximately 36m².
