We currently experiencing a problem of high crime in our street, during day and night, and the SAPS is just to slow or don't react at all. We therefore decided as the community, to finding ways to protect ourselves by hiring a arm response company that can monitor and and respond to any emergency when needed. We want to pay or contribute as a community.

Similar thing in kitchen cupboard under sink. Wire basket drawer keeps falling off runners Small steps required at bottom of alleyway between us and neighbours. Old wooden stairs broke and its very high to have to jump down to get to wash line Some areas of deck around pool have collapsed. Need to be lifted and re-attached. Possibly a few planks might need replacing in a few areas on deck.
We want to install an access control system. We already have turnstiles and cameras on the specific areas. All that we require is a system that can operate everything. Currently with a well known service provider, but wondering if they are even still operating in our area, as they are not active on the Plumstead Neighbourhood Watch at all, but I see responses from other security service providers like Ithuba all the time. My monthly subscription has also recently increased by 10%. Thus looking for reliable service, for which I'm paying.

We are a Community Church leasing the land (subject to offer to purchase) next to Waldrift and Carltex garage cnr. Old Joburg Road (R82) and Sinclaire street. There is a precast structure, wired fence, toilets and containers. We require 1 unarmed guard per shift (2 shifts 06:00 - 18:00; and 18:00 - 06:00 Monday to Sunday including Holidays) and a 24-hour armed reaction as and when needed.

We want to know who can assist should the need arise - to get holiday goers to quiet down. They need to also be able to assist with evictions where necessary. To be clear - the complex has security but do not want to assist with this.
