I received a legal letter from my previous employer who is a dealer for Telkom, after 6 months since resigning, alleging breach of a restraint of trade and unlawful competition. I am now an external sales agent working for another dealer for Telkom, and they have requested a formal legal opinion letter from a legal representative after reviewing the documents sent by my previous employer to confirm my position regarding the alleged restraint of trade and my right to continue working. There is 5. Of us as siblings of our late father. Our elder brother applied for an rdp house And due to not having kids he made one of the niece as his dependant in this rdp house of his. The rdp house is built on the same property which belongs to all of the siblings. My brother died late . The niece has now gone to the lawyers to claim the property and has somehow managed to get the letter of authority from the Master of the High court. We feel that he used illegal documents to claim the property as the beneficiary with the help of his lawyer and not as the dependant. We have all the documents.

Me and my father child are no longer together. We've been together for 6years and I could no longer take his emotional and physical abuse from him. I moved to centurion were me and my child can be safe I had to leave my job so im unemployed. The car i have now is in his father name but I paid the vehicle for 3-4years. He wants to take the vehicle so I don't have any transport for me or my son. He keeps phoning me and whatsapp telling me im stupid and all that stuff. I did go to domestic court but I need his id number to file a protection order.

The case has been to court several times plus postponing since but no progress at all. The marriage is customary as it was not registered. Several settlements were done but no progress at all. All what is needed is for the court to declare the marriage iretrevable and the house and movable assets be shared plus the house.

The Sheriff has now attached my movable assets and may remove them at any time.
