Good day I need to replace 5 interior doors and door frames for my house. 2 bathroom doors two bedroom doors and one garage to house firedoor. Alternative number:
Replace ceiling and paint. Also replace some broken tiles and fix kitchen cupboards.

We own a small block of 9 flats in Langebaan and 2 small apartments in outbuildings. We wish to enter into a regular monthly maintenance contract with a suitable maintenance company. The building is currently in good repair. The buildings are +/- m2 in extent. Maintenance will require will be general, such as paint touch ups, drain unblocking when required, Electric gate maintenance, plumbing and electrical maintenance, roof maintenance when required, in some instances cleaning, occasional carpentry work, etc.
