They were professional throughout the individual tax return process. Clear, no-nonsense approach and seemed competent handling the paperwork; explained things in plain terms. Not flashy, just reliable and efficient — overall a solid, professional experience.

It didn't fully meet my expectations — a bit underwhelming in places compared to what I hoped for.

I have had someone do my tax returns before but no one came close to the service I received from Pearsons. They just know what they are doing and it was such a pleasure working with them. I would recommend them and are recommending them to all my colleagues.
