The church floor needs to be re-painted as the paint has peeled off due to rainwater. The area that requires painting is square meters. We'll be using stoep paint in the color red oxide. Before we start painting, the surface preparation will involve removing any loose or peeling paint and cleaning the surface to remove any dirt or debris. Once the surface is clean, it must be completely dry before we begin painting.

Email me please. I am preparing our Body Corporate's Ten-Year Maintenance Schedule, so I need to get an idea of the cost of painting the units. We are not ready for the actual work at this stage. It would help to get the price for one of each type of unit, as our budget won't stretch to doing all the units at once.
