I have the plans but they still need to be submitted to council. I have recently bought a plot in De Rust, where I would like to build a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Around sqm. I am going to be completely off grid and want someone that can integrate solar electricity and water collection systems into the build. I want a very simple and elegant build, open plan. I have a strict budget to stick to and will be building through means of a building loan through the bank. The current garage and outbuildings must be converted into a one bedroom flatlet with small kitchen. A workshop will be added to this at the back.
