I just need the lawn to be neat. 2 garden beds need clearing of grass and weeds. I could not mow the lawn for the past two weeks so it is currently in bad sahpe. Please see attached picture of current condition of the back yard. The trees also needs a bit of trimming.

It's a new complex. I need easy to maintain lawn seed for .0 meters. Irrigation on m and green flowers for year round green garden . Low maitenance and someginvthat wont use too much water.

Small grass area next to the apartment, grass, is very long. Bushes and branches, front and back side of the apartment, needs trimming and some need to be chopped off. Leaves needs to be swept around apartment.
