Regarding expectations - I expect very high-quality domestics with professional training, who listens to me and does what I ask them without having an attitude or back-chatting me. I expect someone with professional training, who will take special care when cleaning our house to not damage or break our things, and also when ironing and/or steaming our clothes. I expect her to always go the extra mile instead of just doing the bare minimum. I want someone with a lot of experience, but not someone old who can't get on a ladder to clean windows and high ceilings. I want someone who can take initiative to clean and do things around the house without me having to dictate to her what to do all the time.
