Hi Guys.... we are in the process of purchasing a large estate in Kabeljouws, which we are positive will require a full and deep clean of each of the 4 buildings that lie on the estate grounds, once we have paperwork signed off to us. property consists of... 1. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 dressing area), 2. 5 x en-suited bedroomed property (1 smaller dressing area) 3. 1 x 3 bedroomed en-suited property. 4. 1 large laapa (walled and roofed) 2 entrances....i small kitchen area AND cooking area, 1 small bar area & ALL shelves, 2 bathrooms that support 3 chalet style bedrooms (please move the beds first so that any rubbish just pushed under the beds themselves, can be removed...if required. ALL kitchen cupboards, bedrooms, bathrooms, staircases, lounge areas, all flooring (tiled or carpeted), are to be cleaned and well presented (we shall have a director from domestic services on-site to check each property & job is completed) As we plan to alter ALL garages on this estate, being changed into en-suited bedrooms, there MAY be up to a further 12 of these to completely clean out (depending upon how clean the builders are) once the alterations have been completed. If windows/frames and carpeting needs to be cleaned as well, then please price separately for this work on an estimate system. Although this is nothing to do with this project itself, we are also purchasing other properties in this area, as well as Jay-Bay & Knysna areas (for other clients), that MAY also be allocated to the tendered company we select. We are looking for a security company that can assist with our sites (Centres and Retail stores). Please see below the sites we are referring to. Kindly advise which site (area) you would be able to assist. Grey owl Centre β Centurion. Wierda Park shopping Centre (Retail and Centre) β Centurion. Highveld Centre β Centurion. Karenpark Spar and Tops β Only Retail β Pretoria North. Orchards Spar and Tops β Only Retail β Pretoria North. Silverton Centre (Retail and Centre) β Pretoria. Silverplace Spar and Tops β Only Retail - Pretoria. Please see below the expectations we request from the Security company. Rules: β’ Security must be on site before shop opens in order to open with the managers. The Security will be on site opening and closing times. β’ All staff to be searched when entering and exiting the shop. β’ Staff must declare all their belongings when entering the shop. β’ Cell phones must be handed in and must be locked in the Cash office. Only managers allowed with cell phones. β’ Staff must be searched when going to bathroom. β’ Random searching must be done during the day. Lockers and staff. β’ Money must be taken from staff members and noted how much they handed in to keep record of same. Locked in the Cash office. β’ Trolley counts to be done morning and evenings. β’ No bags allowed β Customer, Staff and Security. β’ Expired stock to be checked every day. If found to be scanned. Slips must be kept for Mr Chris. He will collect when he visits store. β’ Drink outs to be checked every day when patrolling the floor β’ The guard at receiving must inform us on the group when deliveries gets done. Must flatten boxes, search all bags going out. β’ When receiving are closed, the guard must patrol in the back areas and departments. Random searching for drink outs etc. β’ Outside merchandisers must also be searched in and out of stores. They must be posted on group with their name and company. Only allowed in when Mr Chris gives the go ahead. β’ When stock get transferred from one shop to another, a security guard must escort them. β’ Centre security must be alert at ATMβs. Guard scamming etc. β’ Centre guard to patrol and keep an eye on generators, batteries etc. β’ No drunks allowed on site or in any shop. β’ They need to communicate with car guards in case of emergency with customers and their cars. β’ Security company to take over car guards. β’ Centre security must make sure that no beggars / druggies in or around the Centre as well as in the stores. β’ They must go to each tenant on a hourly basis and confirm that all is in order. β’ If the guard see that a tenant is doing something in the Centre like putting up stands / table / braaing outside their shop. We need to be informed to give the go ahead or not. β’ If they see any tenant moving, they must report same on group and confirm that all is in order. If this happen without informing us, the loss will be the security cost. β’ Polygraphs must be done every 30 days on each guard. Results must be attached on invoice. β’ Invoicing to be done on weekly basis. Cash payment will be received. β’ Penalties will be given when a security arrives late. Polygraphs failed and if caught not doing their work. β’ Only instruction can be given to security from Mr Chris or Dezi. If a manager is requesting something. We need to be contacted to get the go ahead. β’ Centre security must report if any maintenance / plumbing / toilets issues in order for us to get it sorted. β’ All security must have a checklist with the above. This must be posted on the group. β’ Guards must report on and off duty with the names and surnames on the group in order for us to get to know them. β’ We do not sign any contracts. If we are not happy with the service at a site, we are allowed to give notice with immediate effect if necessary.

We are not too sure the size the area/lawn. It is a sizeable garden area but not bigger than a rugby field. The pers who usually maintains the garden is unable to due to illness so we need somee who can just maintain the garden and lawn area for the time until the pers is able to again. This is for a graduation ball event at the garden venue. The venue does not cater for halaal and we therefore need to outsource. The other guests are having a buffet braai menu.
