We have rats coming in from our neighbors' yard through an opening we have tried closing multiple times , however the rats always make new openings . We also have mice coming into the home from outside by digging tunnels through our walls floors and doors .

I've cleaned all cupboards and sprayed but in between days i would notice there would be big brown cockroaches crawling .My neighbour upstairs has also mentioned that her place is full of wood borer as a result her furniture has been damaged.
