I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over. I am looking to repair and replace a balcony roof, which is made of an overhead wooden structure with corrugated plastic sheeting. I would like to repair the wood structure and the plastic sheeting where possible and replace where necessary. It is about 15 sqm of surface area. Thanks and regards,
I need to have 7x 10.6m zinc alums sheets and 2x 10.6m cleat polycarb sheets replaced . I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. Pics of roof can be sent on request via email or whatsApp

1. Do you offer external wood staining for weather protection. 2. We've had damp proofing to our home in the past, and it's starting to come back, although not as bad. There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. I will not hold anyone to any estimate, especially as no-one knows what the problem is, I just need an idea of possible costs at this stage.
Scrape off all loose paint open all cracks , prime and fill Cut all expansion gaps and fill with Sikeflex Rubberseal all parapets and areas where fine crack appears Repair and use anchoring cement for all major cracks clean gutters and repaint facias Prime and seal all repaired areas Attend to damp problems Paint all wall with 2 coats of plascon wall seal on house and boundary walls Check waterproofing on roof side of parapet Optional extra ( roof special) Rubberseal ridge capping Check for broken tiles Waterproof all joints and valleys ( including garage roof Coat entire roof with 2 coats
Storm damage to roof leaking into home 15 min after rain starts. Multiple cracks on roof. Down pipes damage. Damage to naughty pine. Ceiling board (2) to be replace more cornishes.
