On the 18th of July someone at our house accedntly left the gate slightly open and there was a 19year old boy that can't talk walking with a dog and the dog tormented our dog and she ran out and fought with the dog. I tryed everything in my power to let the dogs loose. The boy the put his hand in one of the dogs mouths and in the interim he got bitten on his left hand. I then took the child immediately to the doctor after his father refused to take him straight to the hospital. I paid the medical bill. The doctor send them to the hospital and couldn't take them because I didn't have transport. I did call the father constantly to check up on them and told them to let me know if there's anything they need. After that day it has been quiet until the 10th of September I was arrested and I had to pay a R bail.

My fiancee was arrested and detained for possible possession,but she is innocent as the drugs found in her possession was a drug dealer who gave it to my wife when we stopped close to him to make a U-turn to go to MacDonald drive thru. I was sold out by a union that represented me on march this year.i was unfairly dismissed with the company I worked for fifteen years.the union promised to forward the matter to bargaining council.i found out later that there was no such.and bargaining council withdraw the case because it was late.and there was no valid reason why the case was late .I find myself being oppressed by my company and the union I paid for fifteen years.
I was paid short on my salary I queried with my manager and she swore at me I proceeded to ask the other manager she was new to our unit she then claimed my money was not paid short but that the previous manager did not do the payroll system correctly and furthermore I owe the company 77 hours which will be deducted from my next salary. She failed to inform me that she detected errors on the payroll system and just said I was paid in advance for shifts I didn't work yet I didn't give consent to any deductions and none of that information was disclosed to me when I started working that I was being paid in advance. I was employed on a month to month contract basis and my contract expired on August 31st. I went into work on the 1st of September and did not sign a new contract I did not return to work again I resigned. I made a case at my local ccma and the company notified me they are objecting to arbitration please advise
Good day; My brief is as follows; it was on 24th August I forgot my passport in my friend's car on our way home from a stadium for soccer match. The same night my friend was traveling cross boarder. At the boarder post from where he went they find him with my passport upon vehicle search. He called me about the matter and I drove to boarder for statement and affidavit but the official told me that they hold the passport for investigation, 1 week later the discharged him with a fine and forfeited my passport. But my passport was not involved in any kind of offense, I simply forgot it in the car. Please I don't know any how to retrieve my passport back. I am a Malawian national.
