The roof is leaking, upon my inspection i discovered that that the tiles are not even. When is raining heavily that is when the leaking is taking place. I suppose that the roof tiles needs to be fixed and be places in a correct way. the project can take one day to be fixed because is a small portion.

Good day The whole apartment is 86 Sqm. I dont have the exact dimensions but room 1 is 11Sqm, room 2 is 10 Sqm, and the living room 16 Sqm. Ordinary home cleaning, nothing fancy, TOMORROW IF POSSIBLE. Study, bedroom, both carpeted, make the bed. 2 bathrooms Sitting/dining room. Tiles get wet-mopped. Kitchen - same floor, tiles always messy. Dishwashing. Stove does not need any cleaning. Dusting and so on as usual. Hang laundry, collect when dry and fold. I have a section of the roof that is flat. There is a hollow depression in the roof where water collects when it rains and it eventually seeps through or floods in through an adjacent skylight. the depression must be removed and resealed. There is water ingress through a chimney that was retro fitted, which needs to be repaired.
