The property is a mixed use building, the first floor consists of shops and the second floor consists of flats. The current plan is to first renovate the flats, then the shops at a later stage.
I have started building rooms - and I need a contractor who can help finish the rooms.

This is a missing portion of our extension. The lounge or living room. Max 10sqm. And do your quotes include material and labour?
Plans are currently submitted with Swartland municipality for approval. Construction expected to start in August . the new addition is the first floor and garage. I've attached both the current house plans and the new designs for ease of reference. I would like to have 1x managing contractor.
