I have a part of my driveway paving that is lifting because of the roots of the neighbour's tree. I need someone to take out the few paving bricks, cut the root off and take it out on my side (not to take out the whole tree) and repave the small area. I have applied for maintenance already at court and have an upcoming court date on 11 January. Last time I went to court in October the maintenance officer just dismissed the case based on the fact that I'm getting rental income and my husband is paying the bond. He was saying I can't apply for maintenance I must wait for my husband to first stop paying the bond before I can apply. I then complained to the court manager and they reinstated the case today and gave me a new court date
