Hello, I am looking for a quote for a deep clean service for a house to be moved into. I want everything cleaned, ceilings, windows, cupboards, trim, every surface. As well as a single garage pressure washed for a deep cleaning. The house is smaller at sq2, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, lounge and kitchen, and single garage. Thank you,
Service should provide cleaning equipment and consumables. Apartment is 3 bedroom (1 bedroom used as office), 2 bathroom unit of sqm. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring that should be cleaned appropriately. The rest of the apartment has tiled floors. One loose rug in living area. There is an outside patio (included in sqm) to be cleaned as well. There are no pets. No need to do any dishes or laundry.
I would like them to pay special attention to the kitchen - the oven especially and the kitchen cupboards. The lounge tiles and the laminated flooring in the 2 bedrooms need to be cleaned, I would also like the brassware to be cleaned. I also need the windows cleaned on the outside and the inside. I also have special cleaner that can be used for the stove top.
We live in an older house. Our washing machine is working quite well, but we need someone to come out and check because our washing sometimes comes out with yellow-ish or orange stains. This also happens in the sink as well and because it is several spots in the house - I think it could be a problem with our pipes. They could be rusted.
House is empty and has just been tiled and painted. Bedroom cupboards need cleaning inside (x4 one has been painted). Bathrooms need good clean (x2 1/2 inside and one toilet near swimming pool). Old wooden stairs broke and its very high to have to jump down to get to wash line Some areas of deck around pool have collapsed. Need to be lifted and re-attached. Possibly a few planks might need replacing in a few areas on deck.
We have a spec sheet of the products required - We require 5 x light posts to be cemented in, primed and painted. n 5 x solar lights to be fitted to the poles. 1 x solar light to be bolted to a wall and two more lights to be attached to a bell tower (traffic circle) with extension / fastening poles
We are looking to clean a 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment used as airbnb on an adhoc basis. We require adhoc cleaning when our Guests check out to get the apartment ready for the next Guests checking in. So it won't be on a daily basis but adhoc as required.
