I am a South African citizen (Christian) and want to get married to a Palestinian citizen(Muslim). As it is very dufficult to find an Imam who will do an interfaith wedding, we are planning to do an online Nikah ceremony. The wedding will then be registered in Utah, USA, to get an Apostilled marriage certificate. We then want to use this marriage certificate to apply for a spousal visa in South Africa. Should we explain in the application how the wedding was done and will DHA accept this?

My father in law, who is based in Angola, owns a house in South Africa (Sandton). The property is currently in poor condition. There is outstanding debt on the house with both the bank and the municipality. Graves of our grand parents, great grand parents and other family members are in a mining area in Rustenburg. We were moved to Schaapskraal. When we have to visit our grave site we have to ask for permission from the mine. They then give us the date and time. Its such an inconvenience. I had a case in ccma 11 December ... I was awaiting the results of the case. I kept enquiring from the shop steward , he said they had not got any info as yet. In August I went to ccma to enquire about the case only to find out it was closed without my knowledge. I have been to ccma in October nd they referred me to labour court. They ask me to apply for a pro Bono lawyer.... I feel very disappointed as I was cheated out of my 25 years service.... I would be appreciated if I could get some help....
We have a bar recently opened downstairs in one of the shops, which we disputed through the owner, the police and through liquor license. Liquor license says the bar is not registered through them and we should inquire with SAPS, and SAPS says they have a license. This bothers as residential owners of the building, the noise level and our for safety. We need a representative to dispute how a bar was approved to operate in a residential area.
