Would like to renovate my living room
We have a slab roof that needs torch on as there is water dripping from the walls
House is years old. Walls need to be prepared. dampsealed and painted. Ceilings is meral printed and need to be painted
I need to add on 2 bedrooms to my existing house, including an ensuite bathroom. I also need to renovate an existing ensuite bathroom (approx 3m/sq, retile the entire house, redo the ceilings in the main living areas, and some kitchen improvements (new countertops, sink, plumbing and cupboards).

Its a 55 sqm concrete roof that was painted with Rain Tite. Part of the roof has a membrane and Rainshield paint.

Ground floor: an entrance patio that leads to the kitchen and a formal lounge that has a patio, then there’s a passage and when you enter the passage on the right there are stairs and next to the stairs there’s a bathroom and on the left there’s a dining room, going down the passage there’s bedroom 1 and 2, and at the end of the passage there’s a master bedroom with an en-suite and a patio, next to it there’s a garage. First floor: going up the stairs on you’ll end up on a passage facing bedroom 3, on the right of bedroom 3 there’s a pyjama lounge with a balcony, on the left of bedroom 3 there’s bedroom 4, opposite bedroom 4 there’s the study and between the study and the stairs there’s a bathroom. Down the passage, there’s a master bedroom with a master en-suite and between them, there’s a walk-in closet. This is my ideal house. I need a professional to execute it for me. Thank you
