I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.
I have a flat concrete slab roof. I need to replace the current torch on as it is leaking when it rains heavily and causing damp through out the building. The roof portion that needs sealing is over sqm, but I don't know the exact number off hand. I will need to go there later or tomorrow and walk off the measurement. I would like this sooner rather than later, but am a little flexible. I attempted a short term fix as I wanted to build on the roof, but it looks like I will have to wait on that now and just repair the roof. See attached pictures.
Repairs of aged/damaged water proofing on small sections of the roof showing signs of water damage and cracks. Cleaning of existing waterproofing membranes on the rest of the roof and replacing damaged pieces with overcoat and torching. Application of 2x overcoat matching the existing colour of the house.

Also provide quote for 1 level of screed to cover heated under floor. Include material/cement. Use the attached strength. 54 sqm area needs flooring. 19 running meters for skating.
Hi I would like a square meter rate for a torch on waterproof. There is existing torch on which is 20 years old, on a flat concrete roof. the square meters is sq/m. I would like a price first so we can see if we can afford it. It's a concrete roof . I am not there this next week, and we working on repairs on our house ,so we can extend our bond. Just need a more or less price. Then when I am back you can come to give me a accurate quote and help with the service.
I am not completely sure about the square meters of the property, I am open to having someone come out to measure properly in order to give the most accurate quote. Hi We have some old Astro that is in storage that we would like to install in our school gym facility. The floor space is roughly 6m wide and 25m in length. We have an old carpet there currently that would need to be ripped out and replaced with the turf. We possibly would require a general cleaning of the turf if it is something you are able to provide. The builder has advised me it is either asbestos or fibre cement. I have some water proofing that needs to be done.

Please could you quote on four red carpet runners for me for my sales showroom to walk up to the entrance of an aircraft. Each runner should be 3m x 1m and should be a good quality red carpet (not mottled in any way), with a fabric or canvas type edging that will last and make is sit well on the floor after being rolled up for storage. Can you assist me please?
