Our pool is 25m long. It loses water. Last year we emptied it and refilled the expansion joints with silicone because we thought that is where it was losing water. After filling it up it continued losing water. We have since spotted dark green patches on the ground around the pool. We suspect therefore that the pipes are leaking and will need to be replaced.
CEMENT TRUCT WAS STANDING NEXT TO WALL AND THE PIPE BURST. THAT CEMENT WENT INTO MY POOL. THE MANAGER OF THAT COMPANY TOLD ME TO GIVE IT TIME TO SINK TO THE BOTTOM AND THEN JUST SCOOP UP THE ROCKS AND SENT THE WATER TROUHG MY PUMP. I WAITED 6 DAYS AND THEN SWITCHED ON MY PUMP. MY PUMP WAS RUNNING FOR 5MIN AND JUST STOP. SWIMMING POOL IS STILL FULL OF CEMENT WATER AND NOW MY POOL PUMP IS ALSO NOT WORKING.
Hello, I have got a 1.1kw self-priming pool pump which is now unable to get the pool cleaner moving. The water level in the pump basket goes down immediately when I switch on the pump. The pressure seems to fluctuate when the pool pump is running. My pool size 7x3. I need help with a diagnosis and possible repair options.
Hello. I added hth clear 4 weeks to my pool. It appears to have either killed a ton of algea I didn't know about Or something went wrong. I had a storm the same day as adding chlorine and now it looks like spongebob is in my pool. I request a quote to remove the sediment at the bottom of the pool and a separate quote to have a look at the pools filter. I lowered the water level in an attempt to get the sediment out with some 50% success rate. Attached are 2 photos, one of the pool before the chlorine was added and one after the storm
I plan to carry out a complete redo fiberglass on my pool in March. I do however have an immediate issue , whereby my pool is sucking air and is constantly blow our air at the outlet when I plug in the creepy. Not sure if you can assist , as well as to do an on site assessment and prepare a quote to carry out a fiberglass refurbish.
Good day, I have a problem with my swimming pool. The pump works normally for a few seconds and then looses pressure. We have already replaced the multiport valve top and O-ring and the fittings. I have cleaned the creepy crawly and the basket multiple times without something being stuck or full. There is also some air bubbles coming out of the return jets but stops after a few seconds. Can you please provide me a quote for what you think might be wrong?
Not sure exactly what the problem could be, that is why i need someone to come and have a look. looks like there is air somewhere. We've checked everything that we could see and all seems right. The kreepy krauly stops when it reaches the surface and will not work. i need assistance in fault finding, and then repairing whatever the fault my be.

My pool pump is running, and so is my creepy - however there seems to be some kind of block in the system, or the pump is cavitating or similar. It does not pump strongly enough for the creepy to work well. I replaced the filter sand, but no dice. I urgently need someone to come and have a look as I have function on Saturday, and I want to have the (small, 10k litre) pool clean by then. Can you help please?
