One part of the design is converting a 6x6 garage into a 1-bedroom apartment (currently no plumbing and basic electrical). A balcony is needed over the parking in front of the garage (for the use of the house upstairs). The second part is closing in a braai area with a roof. Finally, a new 14m×6m nutec house built on stilts in the back of the property (the property is on a pretty steep slope).
