Hi I am connected with Zonewatch. I asked them to upgrade my system with extra batteries in the roof as our system dies within a half an hour from when load shedding happens. We have 4 eyes. a alarm at the front of the driveway and 2 panic buttons. The existing panic buttons needs to be replaced, an extra panic button to be put in the dining room, an extra eye in the study to secure the study and work room and the existing battery in the roof that cannot support the system when the electricity is off to be replaced with an extra power pack as a backup when the electricity goes off

All rubbish/litter (incl. bottles, plastics, papers, cans, cigarette ends, animal litter etc.) will be collected daily by the garden technicians. 5.2 weekly services De-weeding: all paved areas and gardens, including underneath trees and shrubs, shall be kept weed free. Care must be taken not to disturb healthy micro elements in the soil. Cleaning of carports roof to avoid rust causing by leaves falling on top of it. Leaf litter, general litter, and garden waste removal: The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the day-to-day garden refuse accumulated during the maintenance process. 5.3 monthly services Cleaning of all water channels, trenches manhole grids, gullies to ensure water flows freely during rainy days. Get rid of all trees, grass along the fence inside and outside of the premises. Ensure that outside the fence, there is no trees hanging over the fence and grass must be cut about one mitre away from the fence. Minimal formative pruning will be performed by the contractor as part of general garden maintenance during the growing season on all trees and shrubs.
