Claim profile for freeWe have a small outbuilding that currently has a small room and a bathroom. The total floor size is less than 20 square metres. We would like to make it double story. I have attached a drawing of the current layout and also 2 photographs of what it currently looks like and what we would like it to look like. We are open to suggestions as to the building materials for the upper floor (brick or other, and slab or wooden flooring). It would require a space saving (probably spiral) internal staircase, but for now we are only trying to get an indication of the actual structural building costs.

We need to move out sometime next week, preferably Tuesday the 1 September. The house is large but most of the furniture has been moved out already. We need to move one bedroom (doube bed, side tables, small vanity, medium book shelf), lounge (two 2 seater couches, coffee table, large cabinet/shelf) and 6 seater dining table. A stationery cabinet and 3 trestle tables and a small braai.
We would like a 3m x 6m pool, with a 1,5m depth all ends. We are looking at Marbelite, as we'd like a "walk-in" ramp with rail along one side of the pool for my mom to enter the pool without steps. There should still be steps on one end for everyone else. Please make the ramp 0,5m wide, and the pool 2,5m wide. The ramp must run smoothly from the surface. The slide would be for my 6 year old. ideally not on a

I am the founder of the above and are currently using a Jhb company to do all the financials for me - from receiving information on dealings related to the right through to SARS submissions. This include all the GLs, M&R, GLsAFS, DoD, Eclarations, tax submissions etc. I would like to use a local firm to do these for me as it will keep my business local, end the numerous scanning and e-mail issue and make te easier to pop into the accountants office to deliver documents and discuss issues. Regards.
Remove every thing in the bathroom (bath and shower and washbasin and stones against the walls). Then tile walls and floor and install washbasin and shower all with new taps. Install a ceiling and geyser on the outside. (It can be a gas geyser). The other option is to leave the stones and put copper pipes in. I am not sure...
We worked as security guards,I was intitled for day shift,on the 9th day been transferred to different province.I respected my job and agreed,I didn't know anyone besides my colleagues I was introduced to, managed to work for three months for the company. All officers would help, like food delivery to our site till my colleague was asked to help with delivery offload, for his personal reasons he didn't agree and that bealt a negative impression to the site managers as he used to help and this lead to subotage situation. As we were protecting hotel site where our site hosts conferences and holidays, there were young ladies whom were brought for hospitality practicals and most of them were adult to be controlled and went out during weekends while their parents know they are doing practises. The hotel management tried to speak to them about this behaviour but failed, and disided to ask us as officers no to let them go.We became their enemies and their men who came to fetch them and we were no longer wanted there!!!! I'm not so sure whom specifically planned this sabotage situations, it happened during Suterday night as I was off duty!!! The investigation was poor because on Sunday morning the night shift officers did their last patrol and discovered avidance that includes a vehicle that dropped the intruders, clips of the footprint were taken forwarded to our company manages but I think the information wasn't taking to the authorities for thier personal reasons. To all I have mantion,it seems like they used the employees who were doing gardening to do this sabotage. While I was asleep but not fully asleep,I heard voices whispering but managed to capture the voices. To this situation I was the only office who became the victim of the situations!!!
I require technical advice and a recommended Sika applicator for an approximately 40 m² first-floor exposed terrace in Gansbaai, Western Cape. An independent moisture inspection has identified inadequate falls/ponding on the existing tiled terrace as a cause of water ingress into the rooms below. I am looking for a permanent remedial solution. The existing tiles and adhesive are to be removed and the substrate assessed. The falls need to be corrected toward the existing perimeter gutter/drainage system. I do not want the terrace retiled. Due to limited available height at the sliding-door thresholds, I would like the finished system to be as low-build as practically possible while still providing adequate falls and reliable waterproofing. The final surface must be a seamless exposed pedestrian deck finish, preferably medium grey, that is: • Fully waterproof • Suitable for permanent exterior exposure • UV and weather resistant • Trafficable for normal residential use • Anti-slip when wet • Suitable for the coastal Gansbaai environment • Properly detailed around door thresholds, walls, perimeter drainage and balustrade penetrations I would like Sika to recommend the appropriate complete system rather than simply a waterproofing product, as well as a suitably experienced applicator who services the Gansbaai/Hermanus area. I have an independent moisture inspection report and photographs/videos of the terrace available and can provide these to assist with the assessment.
