Service should provide cleaning equipment and consumables. Apartment is 3 bedroom (1 bedroom used as office), 2 bathroom unit of sqm. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring that should be cleaned appropriately. The rest of the apartment has tiled floors. One loose rug in living area. There is an outside patio (included in sqm) to be cleaned as well. There are no pets. No need to do any dishes or laundry.
I would like them to pay special attention to the kitchen - the oven especially and the kitchen cupboards. The lounge tiles and the laminated flooring in the 2 bedrooms need to be cleaned, I would also like the brassware to be cleaned. I also need the windows cleaned on the outside and the inside. I also have special cleaner that can be used for the stove top.
House is empty and has just been tiled and painted. Bedroom cupboards need cleaning inside (x4 one has been painted). Bathrooms need good clean (x2 1/2 inside and one toilet near swimming pool). Kitchen and scullery need good clean as well as inside cupboards. Room attached to lounge may need vacuuming it has industrial carpets.
We are looking to clean a 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment used as airbnb on an adhoc basis. Good day, We had some renovations done, removal of tiles etc., so everything is a bit dusty. We will need the walls to be washed before painting. Basically we have 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, 2 Sitting rooms, passage, 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms and one sitting room have carpets, the rest is tiled. Thanks a million

We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. The previous tenant wiped the walls only halfway up, so now there are marks halfway up the walls. We also need help with unpacking and folding some clothes and linen and with putting it into cupboards. I have put it down as an extra, Laundry and ironing.
I will be running a home for holiday rentals. I would need cleaning services as and when there are guests booked. For the duration of the guests' stay, cleaning would be daily (except Sunday) and when there are no guests booked, light cleaning weekly. The house is fitted with a washing machine and dryer, there would be a need for washing and ironing linen and towels for each booking. The area is in a game reserve with a lot of dust, window cleaning would be required once a month.
