Remove original flat roof (ibr), and replacing it with a pitched corrugated iron roof, and widening the rectangular house from 6m wide to 8 or 9m wide. Also would like to install a loft.

Student accommodation. Roughly 20 rooms, however, only basement & concrete roof to be paved. One part if just a concrete roof - m2 slab and the other is a basement ( size of about 2 large rooms)

After 1-2 days of continuous rainfall in our area water has somehow penetrated one section of our tiled pitched roof on the eastern side of our house and dammed up in a pool about 1 square meter wide on the inside of the lounge ceiling below from where it has saturated the surrounding ceiling board and dripped through nail holes into the lounge.
