Painting of the walls and roof, I would like two separate quotes, of my house. My house was originally painted with Kenitex many years ago and then repainted about 15 years ago There is some loose paint that will need to be attended to and some cracks that will need repairing. I would like the house painted more or less that same colour that it currently is.
Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!
Remove plastic roof sheets Replace with sink roof sheets either 3m or 3.6 m in length I will buy the material and that will include the sink sheets as well as: 2 x 5 Ltr Cemiflex, 2 x Rolss of mm x 10m membrane, 1 Bag of Portland cement, I therefore require a quote for labour to do this job Thanks
It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Please give me an idea of costs per Sqm (if that’s how you calculate it). This would be for a proper Pre,p, fill, and paint of all exterior surfaces and trim (wi Dow’s, eaves, gutters). Double store. Top floor: Balcony back and front, private lounge with sliding door. 1B/r (5X4) with sliding door, 2 smaller B/rd all b/r with ensuite. Bottom floor; double garage open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, pentry guest toilet, b/r (4X5) with sliding door on balcony. Scalary with separate entrance but walk undercover. Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a entrance hall. We'd like all ceilings painted, doors and door frames painted. There's 5 doors.
Good day, The painters at my property have not done a great job and I am looking for a more professional service to correct some errors. For example, the lines are not neat and areas where there should be a neat line that distinguishes two colours apart are not well executed. I need assistance with this.
