I need a basic E-commerce website with the payment options (Visa, EFT). I will have about 12 products initially, with a view to adding more. I will need SEO etc. The product is for an upmarket makeup brand, so it will need to look sophisticated, but the functionality needs to be simple. There will need to be informational links to terms and conditions, delivery etc, as well as an "about us" page.

We have a room built against a hill, which means that there is soil directly against half the height of one wall. When it rains, water in the soil seeps down and through the wall, damaging the carpet and the paintwork in the room. What is needed is comprehensive damp-proofing along the length of the wall, and down to foundation level.
We have a french drain that overflows with all the rain. Had it pumped out but didn’t help. Can connect to main sewerage system but have to pump it upwards. We would like to look at other options..maybe install a watertank that can collect the water from the washing machine and water used in doggy parlour in flat at the back of the house.
