I have a dispute with my neighbour, currently being handled by the CSOS, due to a defective balcony which was caused by poor workmanship and a result it is causing mould when it rains on the walls of the neighbour below. I am being forced to fix the damage and I feel it is not fair, as I am not the one who built the complex, the complex was built about 9 years ago. The body corporate has advised that I should fix it.

Benodig regsadvies oor moontlike arbeids- en kontraksaak Ek het vir byna 3 jaar vir ’n eenmansbesigheid gewerk. Vanaf Februarie tot Mei het ek nie my salaris ontvang nie. In April het my werkgewer my oorreed om nie verder te werk nie met die ooreenkoms dat hy eers sy finansies sou regkry. Dit het egter nie gebeur nie en ek is steeds nie betaal nie. Hy weier ook om my 41 dae opgehoopte verlof uit te betaal. In Mei het ek deur my eie maatskappy as kontrakteur begin werk met ’n ondertekende SLA. Ek het die werk voltooi, ’n faktuur uitgereik, maar geen betaling ontvang nie. Die kontrak is daarna eensydig gekanselleer. Ek beskik oor WhatsApp-bewyse, betalingsrekords, die SLA en fakture. My vrae: 1. Kan ek steeds eis vir die uitstaande salaris (insluitend April) en die 41 dae verlof? 2. Moet hierdie as ’n arbeidsaangeleentheid (CCMA) of as ’n siviele kontrakbreuksaak hanteer word? 3. Dear Attorney, I am writing to seek your immediate advice and representation regarding an assault complaint made against me at Kriel Police Station. Brief facts: The incident occurred at a small private house party (7-8 people) with heavy alcohol consumption. The complainant was extremely intoxicated and fell down the stairs on her own. I did not push, shove or make physical contact with her. I only stepped aside to avoid contact when she approached aggressively. Only one witness (her friend) is willing to support her version. Husband abandoned us, left me to live in my car for two months with my child, while he had a full on relationship with a stripper, moved in with stripper and lived with her at his parents house, bought her an engagement ring and was planing a live woth her. Also had 4 other females he was having affair with. All while still married to me, lied to me about not wanting a divorce, wanting to still be married to me and have a family and future with me. Asked for money from me, also while getting money from stripper to pay his debt. Not once has he provided for me or put a roof over my head.
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on the 13th of November , Outsurance (the drivers insurance) refuted the claim stating I caused the accident. Unfortunately after a few attempts to get the third drivers details from the driver he advised he lost her contact details, I later managed to get hold of her and advised outsurance. They contacted her and again came back to me refuting the claim. Stating that she could not see what was happening behind her.
Good day. I would like to know. How can I open a lawsuit against Telkom. And will I be able to sue them to also pay my legal fees. Attached is just one more conversation I had with one of Telkoms agents. And also a conversation I had with web Africa on the day I contacted them to install a fiberline to my house and the day they installed it. Here is my problem with Telkom. I canceled my order to have fiber installed to my house in April of this year. Because Telkom failed to install a fiber line to my house. Yet Telkom still bills me every month for a service that was never provided. I've called and have them call me back over and over. Send emails trying to resolve this problem. Yet nothing get done. Now they sent me ridiculous high phone bills for my cellphone contact I have with them. Yet payment was made. Can you advise me how much it would cost me?
I assume fraudulent deduction of tax and if from the company i working nearly 3 years by now . I do not have a tax number but is deducted .Labour officials had once visited Khayelitsha Mall they didn't find me despite the fact that I've got pay slips as a proof. I have resigned from my employer a few weeks aho due to some serious issues and problems and now they keep harrassing me and my partner and saying that they will be going to the police if i do not come in to see them .
