Despite this, the commissioner overseeing the matter made intentional misrepresentations and failed to give due consideration to this crucial piece of evidence. These misrepresentations directly influenced the outcome of the proceedings and formed the basis upon which the commissioner upheld my dismissal. It is my considered view that the commissioner’s conduct displayed a clear bias and a disregard for material facts, thereby compromising the fairness and integrity of the proceedings.
I sold a piece of land for R through an agent in Vila Lisa, Ekurhuleni and immediately, the agent requested that I lend her the money to pay off school fees for her daughter which I did (This was on 20 January under the guise that the money will be paid back in two weeks from the date of landing the money) and paid directly into the schools account the sum of R rands. The remainder is still with the agent which am told I am not going to get it due to the property has not yet been approved by the municipality, that they have lodged but failed three time. Please note that I have given the agent everything including the title deed which I think I am now being scammed. Im maintaining the child, Im the one paying for all her school fees, school clothes, Summer clothes, Winter Clothes, Each and every school holidays I fetch her and buy her new clothes because everytime she comes visit they pack old torn clothes , they dont even pack panties for her but I buy them all the time.
