I'd like to build a 3 room house (with an open plan preferably) in Limpopo, Jane Furse. The house must have at least 1 bed room, 1 bathroom & an open space that I can divide in two for a living room & kitchen. I have at least 5 plans that I need quotes for so that I can decide which to build considering my budget. Also, I'd like to start my building project by October this year.
Want to build a drywalled spray booth. Size 6 (L) x3 (W) x2.5 (H). There is an existing brick wall for the one side. Two doors 2mt in height. A sealed window on the 6mt wall. To include lighting. To include fans for air in and an extractor for air out. Contractor would have to provide plans to the municipality and get necessary approvals from the municipality. Need this done in the shortest time possible.
I currently have an older flat that I am looking to do a full remodeling on. This includes painting etc. But I wish to focus on the bathroom in particular. The bathroom currently has a shower installed, I would like to know what it would cost me to have the shower removed and a bath installed instead with shower facility as well.

Afterwards we would like to also renovate the rest of the main house, but all to happen is stages/phases due to people still occupying the premises.

We will be doing the furnishings on the inside like the taps and basins and such as well as the furnishings on the outside. We will need the builder to assist with plumbing and electrical but not much else. We are only willing to go up to R2,5 million in total for the building of this house.

The estate requires that the design of the house be a South African vernacular farm and country style, but I would like it to have a very modern twist to it. I am currently in the process of discussing with architects and once that is finalised, I will need a good building contractor who can bring the vision for the home to life.
