Residential tiled roof has an active leak around the valley area with yellow ceiling stains inside the house. Tiles along the left side of the metal valley are lifting and uneven, especially from the middle toward the bottom section. Looking for an experienced roofing contractor to carry out a proper roof and valley inspection by lifting/removing tiles in the affected area to inspect the valley metal, battens, underlay and tile alignment underneath. I am not looking for surface patch repairs, torch-on waterproofing, rubber coating, membrane overlap systems or paint-on waterproofing solutions.
