I have a unfair labour dispute with my ex employee because he failed to re employ me after the retrenchment and we had an agreement it was the employer the union and the bargaining council. So during the retrenchment consultation we were served with retrenchment notices that stipulated that after 3 months we will be re employ and the first workers that were dismissed with retrenchment will be given first preference and those of end of contract that were project based will also be called afterwards. Indeed people were called to come back to work and I was excluded because we had dispute in past and I sent them to CCMA so they excluded me as a way of unfair retaliation to spite me because we do not have good working relationship. Then launched the dispute of unfair labour practice section at ccma. After few days the employer called me to say that they are offering me payment R 12 to drop a case against the company. The offer or settlement state that they pay in order for me to drop cases and find another job it means they are dismissing me in other way so I refused the offer and escalated the matter to the MEIBC for consultation and arbitration. 1) We had a geyser replaced a in our roof few years ago. With a recent conversion to a solar geyser the company that did the work pointed out the the replacement geyser had not been placed on a proper support platform. One side of the geyser is resting on a wooden support, while the other side is on the drip tray. We need a proper support platform for the geyser (as per insurance plumbers that replaced an outside room geyser the main house geyser will need to be drained and then proper support platform installed. 2) The air vent form our second toilet inside is releasing a really bad smell (possible seal has gone). The external outlet pipe for the same toilet is also leaking at the join. Temporarily sealed with prattley putty. 3) Plumbing in sealing rattling when cold water tap turned on and what seems to be excessive overflow. Company that installed a solar geyser recently, replaced the pressure valve which they said was the issue. However plumbing still making noise and overflow still occurring.
I am a mother of 2 kids. Their father passed on in . They got their provident fund. There were assets that were left. His wife appointed herself as an executor and gave me the list of assets and how she will make the distribution of which I challenged. Since then I have not heard anything about the assets distribution.

Not all activities requiring electric power simultaneously: stoves are used 2hrs morning (6-8 am) and 2 hrs evening (5-7 pm); Geysers are to be timed twice for 2 hrs (4-6 am & 6-8 pm); no hot water in kitchen sinks or hand wash basins.
