Eskom Charges. 1. Tampering with infrastructure, and stealing a transformer, and somehow getting it up a pole myself, and connecting it. 🦺Eskom have said they know I did not do that. Internal investigation needed and they're looking to have charges dropped. I have cooperated and given all info to Eskom internal investigation. With names given, statement given, and all that I can remember. I have met with Eskom senior manager here. And with investigators. And again met with Eskom manager yesterday, to amend some dates. 2. Using electricity of over a million. They have based this figure on historic data when there were kitchens baking, boiling, all day. And 4 industrial fridges running in a Farm stall. Freezers. And an art gallery, that was open and running all day. And a restaurant. With freezer, coffee machines, large fridge. And cooking all day. 🦺 All of that closed in , due to Eskom erroneous billing. And eskom blackouts destroying R60 thousand worth of stock and refrigeration failure And to base ESTIMATED usage to over 1 million, now, begins on a false premise. Our electricity consumption could never be based on pre figures, when we used a lot of electricity. And cannot be correct at all. Due diligence by Eskom regarding their estimate Intel, is flawed. They have thumbsucked this amt.
I suspect my employer is going to close down or liquidate and no UIF is being deducted under the guise of being employed by a Labour Broker, no tax deducted, and no contracts, working in excess of 45 hours with no overtime paid. Labour Broker not registered with the Department of Labour. The attachment below is just to show you the brokers letterhead.
My child ia a problem maker. She is lying alot to everyone around het. If been talking over a year with her on the phone. But the fater and atepmother has a problem of me when i want to talk to my child!* According to them she doesnt want to talk to me..she is 12 years old. The father was never in her life for 11 yaers. The school recommend me to put her in the kosuis. But then she decided that she wants to go and live with her father and that she want tl geg to know them better. So now when i call there is nou answer or they will tell me they will call back but it never happens. What else can i do legal wise please🙏
I am still employed by the company, my charges have been changed 3 times. The Policy internally does not allow a lawyer but they have granted me an olive leaf to have representation. I have been suspended since Nov . In Aug I have been advised that I am unpaid suspension. There is no representative from the company. I have filed an unfair labor practice case in CCMA and there is so many things that is bot kosher. These people have a inconclusive investigation and no evidence to back anything they are stating. The infomation from my laptop has been tampered with and moved to another device.
My sons grandfather and his girlfriend is harrassing me letters from their lawyer, spreading false rumours and trying to make me look like an unfit mother. I am raising him by myself as his father only makes contact when it suits him. I get no maintenance, school fees, medical aid from the father or grandfather.
We have Certified compliance order against Maquassi hills Municipality, and Department of employment and labour officials no longer want to implement it.employer must register us from ,he stopped us going to work on 31 July so we haven't been payed since and no letter of dismissal, no contract ended but he employed people permanently on our post.we suspect Corruption by Department of employment and labour officials not going to Labour Court.we don't have money so if willing to get it after winning case
My husband currently pays maintenance to his ex-wife for their two children. The maintanence comprises of 3 parts,namely a cash portion to the ex-wife, 50% of school and educational expenses and medical aid. The mother of tglhe children firmly believe that due to the children staying with her,she can place them in any school of her choice and the father just have to pay if he can afford it or not. She also insists that the children must be on a medical aid,however she does not use it all and takes the children to Steve Biko Hospital for treatments
My wife cheated on me and she asked for a divorce and she said she filed it in June month but but i haven't received any papers to sign and she said i must get out of the house she needs a space and another thing she is pregnant but she doesn't know who is the father of the child now i don't know what to do i need a legal advice please
Yes.my story is like this,my husband lost his mother last day and it happen that his mother left him money,so the younger brother of hubby he has been fighting to claim the money and to the extend that hubby had to hide from him since his life is on a threat,so now the younger brother is aware that hubby is entitled on getting a lot of money ,so now the younger brother came with people and they took hubby by force they even eat him up and claim that they took hubby to rehab,while hubby he is not using any substance he just drink beer only now i don't know where they took my husband it has been 6days now and i can't even find the number of the rehab they claim that he is in,i went to police station and the younger brother came with a lawyer.so am afraid that the younger brother might go and claim the money while i dont know where he hid my husband because they took him forcefully bitting him up.
I moved out of my house in with my 2 children. My husband had an affair 3 years prior this date. And he is now staying with the same woman. My oldest son from my 1st marriage is gay and my husband chased him from our house. This is the 2 reasons I left. Now I need to start divorce case and I need to know what is my rights in this matter
