I expect someone with professional training, who will take special care when cleaning our house to not damage or break our things, and also when ironing and/or steaming our clothes. I expect her to always go the extra mile instead of just doing the bare minimum. I want someone with a lot of experience, but not someone old who can't get on a ladder to clean windows and high ceilings. I want someone who can take initiative to clean and do things around the house without me having to dictate to her what to do all the time. The house is newly renovated and completely empty. There are no furniture in the house and all the wardrobes and kitchen cabinets are empty. All appliances are new and the kitchen is new, meaning, there is no stubborn dirt. There are no rugs or carpets. The walls, doors & skirtings are freshly painted.
