Door garage has broken

Top of wooden frame us cracked. Door is tilting to the right,facing the door from the inside. Cable is off the pulley.
garage door does not close properly and there are gaps at the bottom at the ends. screws came off the hinges on one side and need to be put back. motor also is a bit loose (appears to have dropped slightly when the screws came off the hinges), not serious but the incidents are linked.
