I had a lot of trouble dealing with this SP. I was forced to use them as the were the only SP contracted out to my insurance

Yes several things. First they overestimated the size of the job. Something that took less than 15 minutes to fix they quoted for an additional hour of labour , apart from the first hour. Then after I made arrangements for someone to be home at a set time they changed the time thrice in one day. Maybe they don't like working on Friday afternoons. After setting a new time for the third time in one day, they sent a message to say they couldn't come despite my payment to them for the COC.
