I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.

We would appreciate a detailed quote for 1) Mowing of Lawn (once per month) 2) Trimming of edges (once per month) 3) Removing weeds & spraying weed killer (twice per month) 4) Pruning & Trimming all shrubs & tress (twice per annum) 5)cleaning out gullies ( twice weekly) 6)De weeding and hoeing of flower beds (once per month) 7) Clean paved areas and flowerbeds (twice weekly). I need a small team of people or a retired person with one gradner, someone hands on who also LOVE gardening. I do not need someone who sits in their bakkie whilst a crowd of people rush through the job with weed eaters and leave a half finished job. I also need people I can contact for referrals. Thank you. A. Maintenance Specifications The maintenance required at all DD4 & DD5 WCW Sites are as follows: 1. Mowing of lawns and the removal of the cuttings 2. Cleaning (removal of weeds) and sweeping of all paved areas 3. Cleaning and sweeping of all roads inside all DD4 & DD5 WCW Sites 4. Cleaning (removal of weeds), making and cultivating all flowerbeds 5. Maintaining a one meter clear and clean area on either side of the perimeter fence 6. Removal of any vegetation growing on the site perimeter fence 7. Cleaning between and around the sludge drying beds 8. Cleaning between and around the maturation ponds and emergency dams
