The matter was reported to Saps, investigations proceeded. We have been through the Tutuzela process, of which the doctors have filled out documents J88, indicating sexual abuse is probable. The matter is now at family court in KwaDukuza, where the biological father is seeking visitation rights. Several reports indicate that my daughter was abused by the biological father. However, the NPA did not prosecute.
