Had conciliation with Bargaining councill, wasn't solved, BBC don't have jurisdiction for arbitration then it was referred to CCA for arbitration with the outcome in July. Since then no communication with CCMA or set down date. My work and Bargaining councill refuse to pay out pension fund also.
