The fact that it was customary and never signed but we share assets and as per norm she wants everything. The problem is parties that were involve in this agreement are deceased but her mother is alive and not willing to issue the agreement letter that was signed when Lobola or dowry was paid, i really need help

There seems to be a pipe that is blocked which is connected to the toilet piping system outside my house wall. This pipe is next to the drain and as a result when flushing the toilet it makes a certain noise from the pipes of the kitchen sink and sewage overflows from the shower and this is concerning.

Hi. I need service on a manual galvanized roll-up garage door in Upington. The right-hand guide is misaligned and the curtain is binding near the top, and the vertical pile seal is damaged. Can you: – realign the right guide rail, – square and re-level the shaft bracket, – check and adjust torsion spring tension, – and replace both vertical pile seals?
