I engaged Kevin to replace a garage door and settled the 80% deposit. He has not honoured any commitments and not performed the work. A complete fraud. I would highly recommend clients to ensure that they take down the full name of the service provider and their business address. Without this information you cannot make a small claims application to recover your money.
