I need to change passive sensors to pet friendly sensors ... or possible just calibrate the existing passive senors. My dog trips the sensors. I need a setup to re-connect the existing camera to the existing DVR to be able to view on the app on my phone. I need to connect the electronic gate to a PGM (relay) so that I can trigger the f=gate from my alarm app. I can currently turn lights on an off from my alarm app but the electronic gate is not connected in the same way.

My house does have a granny flat at the back so I would like to expand from there I would like to go up like turn into a double story just with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom all with built in cupboards and also with a pool with artificial grass at the backyard so please get back to me soon to discuss. Hi I had the process of having the website designed started with a different designer so it is about 40% complete. The previous designer did not do the design in a timely fashion after receiving payment up front. So we have to get someone to finish the site. It is a normal business site and e-commerce site,the e-commerce side of the website does not have to go live at this stage. We just need the business part of the site to be life at this stage. Existing asbestos roofing needs cleaning, some sealing and painting. Exterior walls, barge boards and facia boards need painting. Wooden doors and windows need varnishing, all window putty to be replaced. Property has two buildings i.e. main house + outbuilding. Work to be done on both structures. Boundary walls also require painting.
