Because of a fixed ceremony date, I need this building phase completed between 29 October and 6 November . This includes coming on-site on morning one to do the circular peg-and-compass layout lines for my digging crew. Are you available for these dates, and could you please provide a fixed-price labor quote for this work? Here are the exact specifications and measurements for the 3.5m rondavel in Randburg: 1. Measurements Around: - It is a 3.5m outer diameter circle. - The total measurement all the way around (circumference) is exactly 11 metres. - Wall height is standard 2.6 metres. 2. What is needed from you (The Scope of Work): - Line out the circle: Come on morning one to do the circular peg-and-compass layout lines on the grass so my digging crew knows exactly where to excavate. - Concrete Footing: Pour the foundation concrete once trenches are dug. - Brickwork: Lay approx. 1, common bricks to build the circular shell (single wall thickness). - Floor Slab: Pour a basic circular concrete floor slab inside the room. - On Top (The Ring Beam): You must cast a reinforced concrete ring beam (bond beam) with Y12 rebar along the entire top row of bricks to support the roof. - Plastering: Plaster the circular walls smoothly inside and out (approx. 52m² of total plaster surface area). 3.
